My go-to substances were cocaine and Adderall, but I dabbled in just about everything else at various times. Since getting clean, my life has transformed dramatically—for the better! Of course, the journey hasn’t been without its challenges. I’ve faced a lot of buried mental and emotional trauma that I had been numbing for years. It’s been overwhelming to confront, but I’m learning to navigate through it. One thing’s for sure—I’m starting to love myself more and more each day.
