My Guilty Food Habit

Every time I make instant ramen, I totally ignore the instructions and just dump in way too much cheese. Like, a criminal amount. I know it’s not authentic, and it probably makes every ramen chef out there cry, but it’s just so good and comforting. The noodles get all creamy and stretchy, and I don’t even care that it’s basically a sodium bomb at that point. I’ve tried to stop, but honestly, why mess with something that makes you happy?
