My Boss Keeps Overlooking Me for Promotions! Help! 😩

I've been working at my current job for over three years, and every time a promotion comes up, my boss seems to look right past me. I work hard, stay late, and even help train new team members, but somehow, I never get noticed when it matters most. It's honestly starting to get to me. I see others getting ahead, and I can't help but wonder what I'm doing wrong. Is it my communication style? Am I not assertive enough in meetings? Or is there something else I'm missing?
