My experiences at the most pricey market
Supermarket lover here, today I visited this highly rated supermarket!
Features:
*Expensive! Things like caviar being pricey is understandable, but even regular items are expensive here. It seems easy to make money off the rich!
*Lots of imported goods! Loads of Italian/French/British stuff, and more.
*Lots of wine! From a few dozen dollars for a bottle of wine to a thousand bucks for foreign liquor, if you know, you know!
*Lots of prepared foods and cakes! Bought lasagna and pie, prices are about double of your usual supermarket, can't tell the difference in taste.
*Lots of kitchenwares! They've got a large space with a whole area dedicated to selling pots, bowls, ladles, spoons. I'm a fan of the Western-style blue and white porcelain, see pic 2.
Overall experience: Shopping here is gratifying, clean and lots of choices! But checking out is not so fun, I didn't buy much and yet $200 gone [LOL crying face]!
