NEEDS TO IDENTIFY the unknown black male suspect pictured above in connection with an ARSON
investigation that occurred on Sunday, 12/28/2025.
Investigation reveals that on the above date, there was a “Street Take Over” at the intersection of
NW 95th Street and NW 17th Avenue, Miami, Florida, where a vehicle with no hood and no doors was seen on
multiple social media videos driven by an unknown person. The vehicle was set on fire by the above-pictured
subject, an unknown black male, wearing a dark colored hooded sweater with a picture of a “Venom”
on the back, dark colored pants with designs on both sides of the pants, and red/black/white shoes.
