Mariah Carey’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve Set Has Fans Asking: Did the Queen of Christmas Just “Give Nothing”? Entertainment Report: By Donnell Ballard. Mariah Carey lit up the New Year’s Eve broadcast from Las Vegas with a sleek three‑song set built around “Obsessed,” “It’s Like That,” and her newer track “In Your Feelings,” delivering the kind of polished vocals that remind viewers why she’s still pop royalty. While the performance avoided any technical chaos like her infamous 2016 mishap, the real storyline came from the audience, with social feeds instantly splitting into two camps: one side applauding her smooth, effortless control, the other accusing her of low energy and saying she “gave nothing” on stage. That clash of praise and criticism turned a routine New Year’s appearance into a buzzy talking point, proving that whenever Mariah steps into the spotlight, the debate is almost as loud as the music. #MariahCarey #HolidayConcert #QueenOfTheNight #NewYearsRockinEve #HappyNewYear Happy New years to everyone
