I mean, turning Mr. Miracle into a vampire and giving him a hybrid daughter with Big Barda is wild enough, but Schmidt’s new art style makes Darkseid look even more terrifying—like, skyscraper-sized! Some fans love the bold changes, but others say it’s too far from Kirby’s vision.
