My Car’s New Furry Security System
So apparently, my car has been officially claimed by the neighborhood’s unofficial cat. Every morning, I find her sprawled across the hood, sunbathing like she owns the place. She’s not picky—any car will do, but mine seems to be her favorite (maybe because it’s black and gets extra toasty?).
At first, I tried shooing her away, but she just blinked at me, yawned, and rolled over. Now, I just accept that my car has a built-in purring alarm system. Bonus: she’s so fluffy that I’m pretty sure she’s deterring actual thieves. Downside: paw prints everywhere, and my windshield wipers are now her personal chew toys.
Honestly, I kind of love it. She’s turned our parking lot into her own luxury hotel, and somehow, all the neighbors are cool with it. Is this what pet ownership feels like, but with none of the responsibility?
