Unlock the World of Sign Languages! 🌍🤟

Did you know there are over 300 sign languages worldwide?! 😲 I used to think ASL was universal—boy, was I wrong! Here’s what blew my mind: • Every country (sometimes even regions!) has its own sign language. No, ASL isn’t the same as BSL or LSF! 🙈 • Some sign languages—like BANZSL—connect Britain, Australia, and New Zealand, but they’re totally different from ASL. • Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, and even Indo-Pakistani Sign Languages each have unique signs, grammar, and culture. ❤️ • There’s no “universal” sign language, but International Sign tries to bridge gaps at global events. • Learning sign language isn’t just for Deaf folks! It boosts brain power, helps with memory, and brings people together. If you’re curious, start with fingerspelling your name. Practice makes perfect! ✋ Let’s break barriers and connect with more people. Who’s with me? 🤗 #SignLanguage #Inclusion #LearnSomethingNew #Education

Struggling with workplace judgment because of my stutter—any advice? 😔💻

Hi everyone. I have a noticeable stutter, which is why I’m here. I work as a software engineer, but some colleagues treat me like an outsider because of my stutter and quiet nature. Some even laugh at me behind my back, pretending to talk about something else. It’s as if they think I won’t notice. I feel like such an idiot because I can’t communicate smoothly. No one invites me to anything, and people look at me strangely. It’s like I’m invisible—not even a person, just a useless object here to code. Why is it my fault that I can’t speak fluently like them? Why do they treat me this way? Most of them graduated from top universities and worked at big tech companies before this. #WorkplaceBullying #Stuttering #Inclusion #SoftwareEngineering #WorkplaceDiversity
