🕊️ When You Don’t Have the Words: A Simple Prayer for Troubled Times Life doesn’t always give us time to process what we’re feeling. Sometimes everything hits at once—stress, fear, grief, uncertainty—and we’re expected to keep moving anyway. In those moments, even prayer can feel hard. But God doesn’t require perfect words. Throughout Scripture, we see people cry out in simple, desperate ways—and God hears them. Not because their words were polished, but because their hearts were real. Sometimes the most powerful prayer is the one you can say in the middle of the storm. Here’s one you can carry with you: God, give me peace in the chaos and courage to keep moving forward. That’s enough. No long explanation. No perfect phrasing. Just faith reaching out. And He hears you. 💜 For a deeper look at praising God in hardship—including David’s powerful response in 2 Samuel 12—find the full article on my Facebook page (link in comments). #Prayer #Grief #God #Healing #Love

A difficult truth— but a liberating one. 🌿 Why this hurts so much: Because we are taught to seek validation outside. To feel worthy when chosen, to feel loved when prioritized, to feel important when needed. So when people don’t choose us… we start questioning our value. But the Buddha pointed us toward a deeper truth: Your worth was never meant to be decided by others. 🪷 In Buddhism, this is about attachment and identity. We suffer when we attach our sense of self to how others treat us. If they value us—we feel high. If they ignore us—we feel low. This is the cycle of dukkha— a mind dependent on external conditions. 🌱 Becoming your own priority is not selfish— it is awareness. It means: • Respecting your time • Protecting your energy • Listening to your needs • Setting boundaries without guilt Because if you don’t take care of yourself, you slowly abandon yourself— hoping someone else will step in. And most of the time… they won’t. 🌙 The deeper shift: Stop asking, “Why am I not their priority?” Start asking, “Why am I not my own?” Because the moment you choose yourself— you stop chasing attention and start building self-respect. ☸️ Buddhist wisdom: Be your own refuge. The Buddha said: “Be a lamp unto yourself.” Not meaning you should isolate— but that your foundation should come from within. So that love from others becomes a bonus… not a necessity. ✨ Choose yourself—again and again. Not in ego… but in awareness. Not by rejecting others… but by not abandoning yourself for them. Because the most important relationship you will ever have is the one you have with your own mind. And when you honor that— everything else aligns naturally. 🌸 Don’t wait to be chosen. Become someone who never leaves themselves. #SelfRespect #Buddhism #InnerPeace #ChooseYourself #Healing

And the hardest truth? It’s not bad luck. It’s not fate. It’s unseen patterns within you. 🔁 You don’t attract what you want… you attract what you’re used to. That’s why the same kind of people, the same situations, the same pain… keeps returning. Not to punish you— but to teach you. 🧠 The moment you choose differently… everything begins to change. Not when they change. Not when circumstances change. But when you respond differently. Because awareness breaks the loop. ☸️ In a deeper sense (Buddhist wisdom): This is the cycle of conditioning— repeating reactions driven by ignorance and attachment. You suffer… not because of the situation, but because of the way you keep relating to it. ✨ Awareness is the way out. • When you notice your triggers → you gain power • When you question your patterns → you create space • When you pause instead of react → you break the cycle 🌿 Growth doesn’t begin when life gets easier… it begins when you stop repeating what hurts you. 💭 Maybe your lesson is: • To stop chasing people who don’t choose you • To set boundaries where you once stayed silent • To walk away instead of holding on • To choose peace over familiarity 🌙 And here’s the real shift: Healing is not about avoiding the same situations— it’s about becoming someone who no longer reacts the same way. Because once the lesson is learned… the pattern has no reason to stay. 🕊️ So don’t ask, “Why does this keep happening to me?” Ask, “What is this trying to teach me… that I haven’t yet understood?” That question alone can change your entire life. #Awareness #Healing #BreakTheCycle #InnerGrowth #BuddhistWisdom

Principal 2: #celebraterecovery #LargeGroup We came to believe... It's not just about wishing for change, it's about confident expectation rooted in God's character and promises. We're talking about a hope that's not based on feelings, but on faith. As it says in Philippians 2:13, "For it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose." 😝We often get stuck thinking we're powerless....but, hope steps in and says, "God's power is greater." It's about believing God exists, we matter to Him, and 👉He has the power to help us recover. Hebrews 11:6 says, "Anyone who comes to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him." It's not about checking✓ boxes or following a religion; it's about a personal relationship with Jesus. He's not just a one-time decision; He's hands-on, day-to-day, and moment-to-moment. 2 Corinthians 12:9 says, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." We don't need a mountain of faith; a mustard seed will do. Matthew 17:20 says, "If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." 1) We can tap into God's power and expect change. 2) He's searching for you, no matter how many times you've fallen. 3) His hands of mercy are reaching out to pick you up. 🙏 #MustardSeed #Faith #MovingMoutains #relationships #healing #LoveAndGrace Share with us✍️👇 What's one thing you're holding onto that needs God's power to change? #recoveryworks 👀
