Why Are Fast Food Fries Worse Than Ever?

Ever bite into a fast food fry and wonder why it tastes... off? It’s not just nostalgia talking—fries really have changed. A lot of chains swapped out traditional frying oils for cheaper, more processed ones. Supposedly, it’s healthier. But is it? Honestly, I just want fries that don’t taste like cardboard and don’t leave me with a stomachache. Why did we trade real flavor for something that’s barely food? I’m not asking for a miracle—just the crispy, golden fries we all remember (and maybe a little less guilt after eating them).
