So, I attempted to make this fancy dish I saw on TikTok, thinking, 'How hard can it be?' Spoiler alert: reality check—it's hard. Everything seemed to be going okay at first... until the kitchen literally looked like a war zone. Ended up burning the garlic, which I didn't even know could burn that fast! The smoke alarm decided to join the chaos, screaming relentlessly, making me question my life choices. And let’s not even talk about the taste—it was like a mix between charcoal and regret. My partner tried to pretend it was edible, bless them, but we all know it was a lie. Seriously, how do people make cooking look so easy on social media? Is it a skill or just straight-up wizardry? Going back to ramen and cereal now bc apparently, I'm not cut out for this gourmet lifestyle.
