Abandoned dog’s rainy night rescue in Duarte

Left alone in the pouring rain for hours, a French bulldog was dumped in the middle of a Duarte street—right outside a local mom’s home. Jasmine Gutierrez woke to barking and found the shivering pup at her gate, terrified and soaked. After coaxing her inside, Jasmine checked her security footage and was shocked to see a minivan had left the dog at 2:16 AM. While Jasmine couldn’t keep her, a rescue group stepped in, and now this sweet bulldog is safe and ready for a new home.
