My First Time Wearing Contact Lenses: What I Wish I Knew

The first time I tried to put in contact lenses, I was honestly terrified. My hands were shaking, and I kept blinking every time the lens got close to my eye. After a few failed attempts and a lot of deep breaths, I finally managed to get one in! What helped me most was looking slightly upward and using my non-dominant hand to hold my eyelid steady.
