How did a 7-year-old end up walking home alone?

A second grader in Clayton County woke up alone in his dark classroom after school had ended—no teachers, no buses, just an empty building. He ended up walking home by himself for over 20 minutes before a police officer spotted him and gave him a ride. His mom is furious and demanding real answers, not just apologies. How does a child get left behind like this? Where were the checks to make sure every kid got home safe? This isn’t just a one-off mistake—it’s a wake-up call for every parent and school. What changes would make you feel your kids are truly safe at school? #Education #SchoolSafety #ClaytonCounty

Clayton County teens can train as Delta pilots

High schoolers in Clayton County now have a real shot at becoming Delta pilots—right out of school. Thanks to a new dual enrollment program with Middle Georgia State University and Delta’s Propel Career Path, over 70 local students are already earning college credit and getting mentored by real Delta pilots. Those who stick with it could land a job offer from Delta or Endeavor Air. Plus, there’s a shot at a full-ride scholarship, all funded by a $2.5 million Delta grant. This is a huge leap for local teens dreaming of taking to the skies. What do you think—would you or your kids go for this path? #Education #ClaytonCounty #DeltaAirLines
