So, my cat—let’s call him Sir Whiskers—has decided he’s actually a dog. He greets me at the door, chases his own tail, and even brings me socks as if they’re prized catches. The first time he did it, I thought he was broken. But honestly? It’s kind of adorable. Yesterday, he sat for a treat. Sat. Like, full-on dog-style, waiting for his little fish snack. My Cat Thinks She's a Dog—Help!

So, I think my cat missed the memo about being a cat. She fetches tennis balls, greets me at the door like a golden retriever, and even tries to bark (it’s more of a weird chirp, but the effort is there). I caught her the other day, tail wagging, waiting for me to throw her squeaky toy. The other cats in the house look at her like she’s lost her mind, but honestly, I kind of love it. She’ll flop on her back for belly rubs and follows me around the house like a shadow. I’ve even caught her trying to dig in the backyard with the neighbor’s dog.
