Carnival Snacks on a Shoestring Budget? Help!
Okay, so I’ve somehow become the unofficial snack czar for our upcoming carnival event—think a few hundred people, and a budget that makes instant noodles look luxurious ($2.50 per head, all in). We’re skipping full meals, but I want the snack table to actually look inviting, not like a sad afterthought.
We’ve locked in snow cones, popcorn, and cotton candy (classic, right?), but I’m hoping to add more variety—chips, cookies, candies, maybe even something a little unexpected? The catch: it all has to be super affordable and easy to source in bulk.
Anyone have go-to snack hacks or places to buy crowd-pleasers without blowing the budget? Bonus points for international snack ideas that won’t break the bank.
