Warrant Issued For Johnstown, PA Man After Failing To Comply With Megan’s Law Registration Requirements. The Pennsylvania State Police has issued an arrest warrant for Harry Andrew Stantz from Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Stantz was arrested back in 2015 for sexually assaulting a girl multiple times. Harry was released from the Mercer County, PA jail a week ago. Upon release, Stantz failed to comply with his court registration requirements. Stantz was scheduled to appear in court on December 19th, but failed to do so.
