🚨 MASSIVE FIRE ENGULFS FIREWOOD MILL NEAR KALISPELL A huge blaze broke out Tuesday night at Montana Timberline Firewood Company off Helena Flats Road in Flathead County, sending flames and smoke high into the sky and prompting response from numerous fire departments across the area. The fire started shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 30, with several buildings collapsing and visible glow seen as far away as Glacier Park International Airport. Fire crews from multiple local departments worked through the night to contain the blaze. Helena Flats Road was closed in the area as firefighters battled the inferno.
