Ever felt like your partner’s calling all the shots? 🙈 Yeah, me too. It’s tough, but you’re NOT alone. Here’s what helped me deal with a controlling spouse (without losing my mind):
• I pick my battles—if it’s minor, I let it slide. Less drama, more peace. 😅
• I try to see things from their side. Sometimes, control comes from anxiety.

• Boundaries are my BFF. I set clear lines and stick to them—no empty threats!

• I keep my hobbies and friends. My life, my joy! ❤️
• Self-affirmations help me stay confident: “I am enough.”
• If things get too much, I reach out for support—friends, family, or even a counselor.
