Hate My Body: Obesity’s Toxic Grip.😤

I'm SO FREAKING ANGRY at myself right now! One bad month of stress-eating and skipping workouts, and everything's gone to hell. I can't even look at myself in the mirror anymore! WHY did I stop going to the gym?! My body feels alien and I HATE IT.
