How I Made Jogging Suck Less
Not gonna lie, I used to dread jogging. But after figuring out a few tricks, it’s actually become something I look forward to (most days).
🔸 Start with walks. If you’re new or just getting back into it, walk for 15-20 minutes a few times a week. Once that feels easy, add short jogs between walks.
🔸 Warm up right. Skip the pre-run stretching—just do some brisk walking, knee lifts, or stairs for 5-10 minutes to get your legs ready.
🔸 Mix it up. Don’t force yourself to run the whole time. Alternate between jogging and walking, especially at first. Your stamina will build up faster than you think.
🔸 Stay comfy. Find shoes that actually feel good (don’t overthink the brand), and wear whatever clothes let you move freely. Don’t forget water, especially if it’s hot out.
