they "removed" my appendix... EXCEPT THEY DIDN'T!

I can't believe this happened! I had surgery for appendicitis, and they assured me it was removed. But guess what? The pathology report said the sample wasn't even from my appendix. A CT scan confirmed it's still inside me! How does this even happen? Anyone else experienced this level of medical incompetence? #SurgeryFail #MedicalMystery #AppendicitisDrama
