Wait, archaeologists actually found the walls of Jericho... and they fell the WRONG way?! 🤯

Okay, my inner history nerd is screaming right now. I always assumed the battle of Jericho was either a metaphor or maybe just a lucky, localized earthquake. But I just went down a rabbit hole reading about the actual excavations at Tell es-Sultan (ancient Jericho). The archaeologists found the massive mud-brick city walls. But here is the insane part: the walls didn't fall inward, like they would in a siege or a typical earthquake. The walls fell OUTWARD, creating a perfect physical ramp for the Israelites to walk straight up into the city. Exactly as Joshua 6 describes it. The earth literally flattened itself at the sound of God's frequency. We don't follow a book of fairy tales. We serve the God of physics, gravity, and history. The evidence is literally buried in the dirt! #BiblicalArchaeology #Jericho #Apologetics #BibleGeek #GodOfHistory

As someone who loves astronomy, the darkness at the cross is absolutely terrifying 🔭

Secular historians always try to explain away the miracles in the Bible. I read an article claiming the 3 hours of darkness during Jesus’ crucifixion was just a standard solar eclipse. Except, scientifically, that is 100% impossible. Jesus was crucified during Passover. Passover always occurs during a full moon. A solar eclipse can ONLY happen during a new moon. Furthermore, a total solar eclipse lasts for about 7 minutes max. The darkness at the cross lasted for THREE HOURS. This wasn't a celestial coincidence. It was a terrifying, localized, supernatural blackout. The Creator of the universe was dying, and the cosmos physically reacted to the horror of it. Our faith isn't a myth. It is backed by history, physics, and the terrifying power of God. #GoodFriday #Apologetics #BibleScience #Crucifixion #UnstoppableGod

The darkness at the crucifixion wasn't a metaphor. Secular Romans recorded it too. 🌑✝️

The Gospels say that when Jesus hung on the cross, darkness fell over the whole land from noon until 3 PM. Skeptics always say, "Oh, it was just a solar eclipse." But an eclipse only lasts a few minutes. I just learned that early secular historians—guys who weren't even Christians—wrote about this! A historian named Thallus (writing around 52 AD) tried to explain away this exact darkness. Another named Phlegon recorded a massive darkness and an earthquake during the exact time of Tiberius Caesar. The Romans experienced the blackout. They felt the earth shake. The death of the Son of God was a cosmic event that broke the physical world. History backs it up. He is the real deal. 😭🙌 #HistoricalJesus #GoodFridayFacts #Apologetics #TheCross #BiblicalProof
