Ever wondered if repeating affirmations actually works? I totally get it—I used to be skeptical too! 😅 But after chatting with some amazing life coaches, here’s what I learned (and what’s worked for me):
• Affirmations are more than just words—they’re about shifting your mindset and focusing on what’s GOOD about you.
• Keep ‘em short and sweet! I create my own, so they actually resonate.
• Don’t force it—if you don’t believe your affirmation, it won’t stick. No toxic positivity here! 🙈
• I repeat my affirmations 3x a day, out loud, looking in the mirror. (Yes, it feels awkward at first, but it works!)
• Writing them down or recording myself helps reinforce the message.
• I post sticky notes with my affirmations everywhere—my mirror, laptop, even my wallet!
