Talia is a very shy, sensitive girl who is still learning to feel safe in the world around her. She is not a dog who seeks out attention right away—in fact, she currently prefers space over physical affection and may not enjoy being pet at this time. Talia will need a patient, understanding home that respects her boundaries and allows her to come around on her own terms.
While she may not be a “cuddly” dog right now, Talia finds comfort in quiet environments and consistent routines. With time, trust, and gentle encouragement, she has the potential to build meaningful bonds—but her future family must be willing to go slow and celebrate the small wins.
Talia is fully vaccinated, spayed, and has excellent manners for grooming. She is doing very well with housebreaking and continues to improve, though she may still have occasional accidents as she adjusts.
Talia would do best in a calm, low-traffic home with patient adopters who understand shy or undersocialized dogs. She’s looking for someone who will love her for who she is right now—not who they expect her to be.
