FBI Seeks Video Footage in Savannah Acid Attack That Left Woman Severely Burned On December 10, 2025, 46-year-old Ashley Wasielewski was brutally attacked with acid while walking at Forsyth Park in Savannah, Georgia. The attack happened between 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. after she attended a Christmas program at a nearby church. Authorities say the suspect poured acid over her head, leaving her with third-degree burns covering more than 50% of her body.
