Health insurance I can't afford, now what?

Anyone else unable to afford their employer's health insurance? Mine would take 22% of my paycheck! 😱 I make too much for Medicaid but too little to actually pay these premiums. Checking the ACA marketplace but feeling lost. Anyone found affordable alternatives that actually provide decent coverage?
