M.D.Gray's Way (W.W.M.D) Inc. empowers individuals and continuously thriving to help rebuild dignity, self sufficiency, and encouragement to sustain employment and housing solutions for individuals recovering from Addiction, Incarceration, Domestic Violence and Homelessness. Through proving a 7 Month, 7 Stage coaching and support facility which provides temporary housing, peer support groups, community engagement activities, safe family interaction, partnership with outside education providers, case management team, resource information for further assistance outside our facility, employment ready skills and job training, basic life skills, transportation services, addiction recovery meetings outside our facility, reentry services, program support ( individuals in active treatment facilities with no support system), acts of kindness events, referrals to organizations partners for immediate needs, helping anyone anytime we can, and building more ways help and obtaining positive partnerships to provide resources as our organization grows! Donations help us to be able to provide these individuals with immediate needs and support, without donations we cannot fulfill our mission and provide a safe, comfortable, secure facility. The impact on people depends on the ability to meet individuals where they are once entering into our facility and donations and sponsorship play a very important role in this!
