To my friends of the human race, I need to educate you on renting and what the owner and the management company are responsible for and what they’re not and don’t let them bullshit you like they have since before I moved in. When you rent there are laws and you can Google them like noise fireworks animals barking too much as usual so make sure you know you’re right before you move in OK. All you have to do is use AI Siri or whoever and ask questions. If you don’t know when you rent it, you need to look on the lease to make sure that everything that was there when you did a walk-through is working because sometimes they lie well most of the time in my case these people lied before I moved in.
