Fallen But Not Forgotten On this Memorial Day, we pause to honor the brave men and women who answered the call of duty across every chapter of American history. From the frozen battlefields of Valley Forge to the sands of Iwo Jima, from the jungles of Vietnam to the rugged mountains of Afghanistan, their sacrifice has woven the very fabric of our freedom. We remember the faces of every color and creed — Black, White, Hispanic, Asian, Native American, and countless others — who stood shoulder to shoulder. The Revolutionary War minuteman, the Buffalo Soldier charging into battle, the Nisei warrior fighting for a country that once imprisoned his family, the Navajo Code Talker whose words turned the tide, the women who broke barriers in uniform, and the modern warriors who patrolled distant lands after 9/11. Their courage knew no boundaries of race or background — only a shared devotion to something greater than themselves. They gave their tomorrows so we could cherish our todays. In quiet cemeteries lined with white crosses and fields of blooming poppies, their legacy endures. Their names may fade from daily conversation, but their spirit lives in every flag that waves, every child who learns of liberty, and every citizen who walks in peace because of their stand. Fallen but not forgotten. We remember. We honor. We carry forward their light. RonC@Royal, Holy, Immortal Bible Study Series
