We all require the love of Christ in our lives. It is crucial to refrain from forming judgments about people or situations based solely on superficial information or assumptions, as this can lead to misunderstandings and harm relationships. Such tendencies often arise from our own insecurities or a desire to feel superior. When we meet individuals who differ from us in appearance or background, we may hastily judge them, not always negatively, but rather by making assumptions based on their looks. Each interaction presents a unique opportunity for growth, whether we have lessons to impart or insights to gain. Therefore, we should strive to uplift others, recognizing that everyone deserves love and support. Recently, I encountered a warm-hearted woman at a familiar location who consistently ensures my daughter and I are well cared for. Feeling inspired, I invited her to church, and while she expressed gratitude, she mentioned her usual Sunday work schedule but was open to attending on Wednesdays. It was only after encouraging her to bring her family that I learned she resides in a facility and participates in AA meetings. Had she not shared this, I would have remained unaware of her circumstances. Her cheerful disposition and willingness to help reminded me that everyone has a story worth hearing. Remember, we must remain receptive to spreading God's love, as our interactions with others may hold a deeper meaning.
