The sister needs help. She needs to grieve her loss. You can’t be expect the pregnant sister to induce labor on the outside chance she might deliver a living child on the anniversary date of her sisters miscarriage. I lost one child at 22 weeks gestation and 2 to miscarriage so I know what that pain is like. Pregnant sister should not induce labor to spare her sisters feelings. My eldest son was born on the birthday of the death of his father’s mother, many years ago. We just decided that God wanted that to be a date of celebration again.
