We tend to overestimate what we can do in a day and underestimate what we can do in a year. But, what if we just strive to improve ourselves in each way just one percent each day?  That’s reasonable. Examples:  Safely increase the intensity of your workout just one percent.  Increase self-awareness over our eating habits just one percent.  Be just one percent kinder to a stranger.  Improve our sleep quality just one percent each night.  think about anything g negative just one percent less.  You get the idea. It can’t be that difficult.
