Nick Reiner’s Conservatorship Twist

What gets me is those tantrums he threw where he was destructive. Also the yelling and basically acting like a 2 year old. There was something definitely wrong with him. Those behaviors were abnormal.

Put him in mental institution for life. If he regains sanity, then put him in prison for the rest of his life. Liberal whack jobs raise nutty children. Fact!

for all those blaming "negligent patenting", his were not. the maximum control was apparently sought and utilized to submit him to mental health treatment. sometimes things are not fixable, despite all the tools in the tool box.

Schizophrenia is a fundamental disease of the brain. People are born with it, even if their overt symptoms don’t become evident until they are older teens or young adults. Nick Reiner did not cause his brain disorder, or his ability to make good judgements, or his ability to think rationally. His illicit drug abuse was likely a form of “self-medicating” , but was obviously also detrimental in managing his underlying disease. The Reiner family had tremendous resources and tried valiantly to help their son, using the medical and therapeutic sources available in California. Nick had such a severe cognitive disorder that he was eventually hospitalized on a non-voluntary basis and was “conserved” because the medical experts determined he was gravely disabled and unable to be responsible for himself. California is a very conservative state in terms of mental illness, and very biased towards the “civil liberties “ of those with such disorders. For Nick to be conserved, he is disabled.

He killed two people, should be locked up forever!

A psychiatrist I know indicated that his history of rage instances when he was seven or eight years old was a clear signal that something was very much off my friend so much has suggested that parents should watch children very closely if they experience uncontrollable rage at those ages because they’re inconsistent with the age and the development basically saying if you see it in your child watch out there’s a problem Coming

O just let him go I knew this was coming no law for rich people

He is a very mentally ill person, everyone knows it.. put him in an in institutional for life! His parents tried everything to help him, and look at the tragedy that happened:/ He can’t live in the outside world anymore, he’s a danger to society.. And it’s his mental personality that has token over him:/ I 🙏🏻 for him and his family that he gets the help he needs and that the family can move on🙏🏻🙏🏻
