Just found out there’s a massive recall on grated pecorino romano cheese because of listeria—yikes! The FDA just bumped it up to a Class I recall, which is the most serious. If you’ve got Locatelli, Boar’s Head, or Sam’s grated pecorino in your fridge, check those lot numbers ASAP.
