After crushing Oregon in the Peach Bowl, the IU football team’s flight home to Monroe County ended with a twist—literally. Their plane landed safely, but while taxiing, it took a turn too tight and got one wheel stuck in the grass. No one was hurt, and the team just hopped off onto buses right on the taxiway. The jet was fine and eventually rolled out on its own. It’s not every day your championship celebration ends with a minor airport adventure!
