Indiana is still a basketball school. College players come and go overnite so building any kind of a football culture seems a little premature at this juncture. Culture takes time, a lot of time!

Allowing colleges to buy the best players is not the right way to enhance your team. Saban did it the right way which is recruiting the best players. I think the NIL is the real reason Saban retired.

IU basketball program has been a revolving door for several years. Flory is the only returning starter. And most of the seniors who ran out of eligibility transferred in.
