People might not like the policy but fellow passengers shouldn’t be expected to share their seat with another person if that person is plus size.

that isn't what gets me mad, charging for bags. when why most people flew with them. never again will I ever fly sw.my family decided to drive now ,like we use. a whole lot cheeper

They are charging you for a ticket, and then charging an additional fee for the seat wherecyou sit, no matter your size! Double billing you! If you are disabled and you need a seat in front, you will oay 35.00 more. Are they charging for bags now too? Ridiculous!

Today, I paid for a flight that wasn't Southwest. I usually fly SW four times a year. When I need to fly somewhere Southwest is the first place I look. Not anymore. They don't have anything that makes them special or different.

They should be required to have some larger size seats for disability accommodations. Oftentimes people gain weight because of their disabilities and need the room to accommodate their health needs.

Southwest was the first airline that I traveled on but after the changes I have flown 3 times but not on southwest
