Big changes are brewing for Milo’s Tea fans and workers in Birmingham. The company has closed its Homewood plant and moved most of those jobs to its Bessemer facility, aiming to boost production with newer equipment. While over half the Homewood staff kept their jobs and pay, 38 employees weren’t able to transfer but are getting four months’ severance and job support.
