Alabama is a horrible place for mental health assistance. My daughter who is 33 born at 22 weeks with cerebral palsy, had a stroke at birth can’t use right side, mentally 5 and all she got before her Dad retired was less than 800 a month. And for any services she had been 1008 on waiting list for over 12 years.
