I have some mental health issues and I’ve taken meds for years now for it. You would never be able to tell it by looking at me! I’m a disabled Sr. Citizen 71 years old. Whenever I need help with something, it is the most humbling experience to ask for help! I also have worked with food banks in the past so I understand how they work and how judgmental people are, decades ago I delivered Meals on Wheels. Today, I haven’t had a car in decades now, and I don’t take the Meals on Wheels, because others need it worse than me. I’m still cooking over half the week & have leftovers. Everyone is different.
