There's actual research for this, despite what the bigots want to say "...studies consistently show that Black women face significant disparities in emergency room treatment compared to white women, often experiencing longer wait times and a higher likelihood of having their pain or symptoms dismissed, which can result in treatment delays or being inadequately treated. These disparities are attributed to a combination of factors, including implicit bias among healthcare providers and structural racism within the healthcare system."
