Lawyer up and do what exactly? They can strip her of the titles anyways no matter what she does and I order to keep the official titles she would have to lawyer up and go to the UK which she won’t do

Of note, as long as Harry's children remain on the line of succession, the King has guardianship of them. The Queen had guardianship of all children on the succession list. That is one of the reasons why Fergie lived with
Andrew after their divorce.

What possible legal right does she have to a title of Duchess? She's not a Brit, a working royal, and has made her disdain for the U.K. and the royal family very clear. Has she ever been to Sussex? Her title hinges on Harry's. She has no claim to anything. Their children have scarcely stepped foot in the U.K. They really have no relationship with the royal family.
