Immigration Welfare Policy and My Child’s Classroom
I live in suburban Texas. My child’s first-grade class went from 20-something to nearly 40 students. The teacher explained that more immigrant families moved in, forcing the school to expand without extra funding. Even chairs are short. My property tax keeps going up, but my child says, “The teacher doesn’t have time to help me read.” I don’t blame the immigrant families—they’re trying to live better. But when resources are stretched thin, someone gets left behind. I hope policymakers balance educational resources, not just keep raising taxpayers’ bills. #ImmigrationPolicyNow

The children of illegals should never see the inside of a taxpayer funded school. They can be afforded the same distance learning opportunities as foisted upon American children during Covid. The professionals and unions can't say otherwise because of their defense of distance learning. Their arguments for are still out there on a cloud somewhere. There is no need to attempt to bring in students who will hopefully be removed from the country along with their parents.

Stop making property school taxes pay for illegals education.
It’s a slap in the face to taxpayers.
Have illegals registered to pay for their children’s school expenses and make English language mandatory to enter schools.
If it costs $26000 per child like here in New York make them pay or have the NGOs open schools with out government assistance.
