Hey everyone, I'm completely lost and need your advice 😔 I just started my first job at 16 working retail, and I'm already facing a huge dilemma. My manager keeps pressuring me to tell customers we're "out of stock" on sale items when we actually have them in the back. She says it's to "protect our profit margins" and that "everyone does it." I was raised to be honest, but I'm terrified of losing this job. My family really needs the income, and finding work at my age isn't easy 💸 Should I just go along with it to keep my job? Or stand my ground and risk getting fired? Has anyone else dealt with being asked to lie at work? I'm so stressed about this and could really use some guidance from people who've been in similar situations 🙏 #JobCareer #WorkplaceEthics #FirstJob
