Skin Type Q｜Only Nose Gets Oily in Summer—What Skin Type Is This?

Need help figuring out my skin type 🥹 In winter I’m definitely dry—sometimes even flaky. But in summer (indoors, w/ a fan on), only my T-zone/nose gets a bit oily, while the cheeks stay dry and normal. Does this mean I have combo skin? Or still dry?
