Hey everyone, I really need some advice here because I'm at my wit's end 😔 I've been working at this marketing firm for two years, and my boss has this obvious favorite on our team - let's call her Sarah. She gets all the high-profile projects, longer lunch breaks, and even comes in late without any consequences. Meanwhile, I'm busting my tail, staying late, and getting overlooked for every promotion opportunity. Last week was the final straw. Sarah got credit for a campaign idea that I pitched in our team meeting, and when I tried to speak up, my boss just brushed me off. I'm starting to feel invisible and undervalued, and it's affecting my motivation big time. Has anyone else dealt with workplace favoritism like this? How did you handle it without making things worse? I'm torn between speaking up more assertively or just looking for a new job entirely.
