Hey everyone, I’m a 23-year-old woman working at a company that, on paper, seems like a dream. The pay is great, my coworkers are nice, and there’s barely any pressure. But honestly, I feel empty inside. Every day, I wonder if this is all there is—just going through the motions, not really caring about the work I do. I love art, crafts, and painting, but my current job has nothing to do with any of that. I’m scared that if I stay, I’ll end up like my seniors—well-paid but bored and unfulfilled.
