Can't Get Hired Because of My Job History 😰

Hey everyone, I'm really struggling and need some honest advice. I've been job hunting for months now and keep getting rejected, and I think it's because of my resume. I graduated college about 6 years ago and have had 6 different jobs since then. The longest I stayed anywhere was 19 months, and the shortest was just 3 months. I even had a 3-month gap between jobs once. I know how this looks, but each time I left, I had valid reasons - toxic managers, better opportunities, or the role wasn't what was promised. Now I'm applying for senior positions paying around $150k, but I can't even get interviews. Recruiters seem interested initially, but then radio silence after they see my full work history. I'm starting to panic because I have bills to pay and a family to support. Am I completely screwed? How do I explain this pattern without sounding like a job hopper?
